Magic Mornings is a community gathering designed to start the day with presence, clarity, and intention. Hosted at Antevasin House in partnership with Magic Mind, this experience brings together gentle movement, guided meditation, and reflective journaling to support healthy rituals, practiced together, in community.

We’ll move to wake up the body, slow down to anchor the mind, and create space to reflect on habits, goals, and inner rhythms. Rather than rushing into the day, Magic Mornings invites you to begin with awareness, connection, and ease.

This is a soft, intentional entry into your morning, a moment to reset, connect with others, and cultivate habits that feel supportive, sustainable, and human.

As part of the experience, guests will be invited to try Magic Mind, a productivity shot crafted to support focus, calm energy, and mental clarity.
