Guided by the wisdom of the Wolf Moon, known for awakening intuition and calling us back to our inner truth, this ceremony blends intuitive movement, guided journaling, and restorative sound to open the body, clear the mind, and reconnect you to your deeper self.

Led by Maga Villarreal, founder of Antevasin, Mindfulness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healing practitioner, this experience invites you to move through gentle somatic exploration, reflect on what you’re ready to let go of, and set grounded intentions for the year ahead.
