Cultura Takeover and Antevasin House invite you to Cultura Flow: a high-vibe, music-driven yoga flow set entirely to Spanish-language beats, created to help you reconnect with your body through the sounds, rhythms, and energía of our cultura. This is a Spanglish-guided experience where movement meets music, and identity meets expression.

Expect a dynamic flow influenced by yoga, led by Maga Villarreal, founder of Antevasin, Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Instructor, where we'll explore intuitive movement, and rhythm-led transitions designed to feel expressive, grounding, and deeply embodied. This class is about moving with orgullo, honoring where you come from, and celebrating the joy of being in your body.
