THE CLASS

Join us for a Yoga and Sound session IRL!!!!!  

We will enjoy the outdoors, move the body and the mind with the help of Yoga and Sound Meditation!

The Yoga class will accommodate everyone regarding its experience with Yoga, so feel free to come if you are a beginner. We will have space to set up mats across the beach to maintain social distancing and be COVID safe!

WHAT TO BRING:

Yoga Mat or Big towel!

Come with soft clothes

Bring a Bottle of water

Bring your mask!

WHERE?

Beach 67th St & Beach Front Road

WE ARE AT THE BEACH! so you have to come in, cross the Broadwalk and once you are at the beach, walk towards your right once you enter the beach, keep walking until you see us! (we uploaded a map next to the flyer in our social media @antevasin.nyc)

We will be there from 5:00pm if you want to arrive early and make sure we can set up mats 6 or more feet apart!
