Join us for One Last Flow, a celebratory and grounding movement experience to close our pop-up with intention. This 75-minute class blends mindful breath, intentional sequencing, and community energy, a final chance to move together, reflect, and honor all that this space has held.
As part of the experience: enjoy a POLY Olive Oil tasting, a sensory ritual to connect with presence before we flow!
We will be celebrating movement, momentum, and what continues beyond this space.
