Join us for another edition of Move × Good, a donation-based gathering that brings our community together through movement, mindfulness, and collective care.

This 90-minute experience begins with an all-levels yoga flow led by Maria Jose Garcia at the beautiful Golden Gate Park, followed by a grounding breathwork and sound bath journey guided by Cinthya Garcia. Together, we’ll create space to move, reconnect, and channel our practice into meaningful action.

This edition of Move × Good brings our community together in San Francisco to support a greater purpose—creating a space where movement, presence, and collective care come together in solidarity with communities affected by the recent earthquake in Venezuela.
