Take a moment to slow down and be part of something bigger through this special Move × Good experience, a donation-based evening in support of Venezuela.

This 75-minute Candlelight Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience is guided by instructor Ariana Gonzalez, founder of Pa Tu Alma.  Surrounded by candlelight and the soft glow of red light, we’ll begin with an all-levels Yin Yoga practice, followed by an immersive Sound Bath inspired by the rhythms of nature. Through healing instruments and the sounds of the Nature, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, meditation, and inner stillness.

Offered in collaboration with Pa Tu Alma and Glō Active, this gathering brings our community together to transform movement and mindfulness into an act of compassion, solidarity, and hope for communities affected by the recent earthquake in Venezuela.
