Join us for a 5K community run in partnership with Latinas Run NYC Club, designed to move together and connect with each other

We’ll meet at Antevasin House for a brief runner’s stretch before heading out. Pacers will be available so you can run at your own pace and feel supported every step of the way. This is a judgment-free, welcoming run — whether you’re here to push yourself or simply enjoy moving in community.

We’ll return to the studio after the run to cool down, connect, and enjoy light refreshments together.

Coats can be left at the studio while you run!
